Our PTO did an amazing job creating a fun experience for students to celebrate raising so much for our fundraiser! The Lightning Bugs got to dance, run and learn some martial arts. It was the perfect afternoon.

We learned that when Quincy was built, they modeled the entrance to look like the old Veneklasen Brick designs that were popular back in the early days of our town's history. This past Wednesday, we had our first fire drill of the year and the 2nd Graders won the award for being the most quiet, well-behaved role models out on the field during the drill. Mrs. Holman celebrated by getting popsicles for us! What a responsible group!
